Raunak is the Head of Product Management at F1Soft International, Nepal’s leading fintech company, where he drives product strategy, innovation, and cross-functional execution across digital banking and payment platforms. With over 12 years of experience in the software industry, Raunak has led the delivery of impactful products that have transformed the financial services landscape in Nepal and beyond. Beyond his corporate role, Raunak is deeply committed to shaping future talent. He serves as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Kathmandu University, where he brings real-world product and agile experience into the classroom for engineering and MBA students. He also holds the position of Treasurer at the Nepalese Software Testing Qualifications Board (NSTQB), where he contributes to establishing quality benchmarks in software testing and standards in Nepal.
